Subwaydle
Subwaydle, a free online game in which players must guess the word on subway signage, is accessible to everyone. The objective is to solve the subway puzzle with only six hints. Each forecast must include three subway trains and all modes of transportation in between. Quite lovely, wouldn't you say? The Subwaydle is now available!
How to play Subwaydle
Subwaydle follows many of the same guidelines as Wordle. Each day, a particular subway route connects two of the 472 stops. In Friday's puzzle, for instance, participants must take two transfers from Jefferson Avenue to Wall Street. To travel from one train to the next, three trains and two transfers are required. Regardless of how efficient the route is, it must be feasible within the boundaries of the metro system, with no transfers outside of stations and no bus connections.
Similar to Wordle, the cells will change colour after each attempt to provide hints. Moreover, weekday questions are based on the midday train timetable, but weekend quizzes are based on the weekend train schedule. You have six attempts in total.
There is a suggestion button on Subwaydle that will inform you where to begin and stop without revealing which route is relevant to today's trip. Finding a solution can be just as difficult. Best wishes on your journey!
